The Ban Tai Estate villas complex is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Koh Samui - Maenam, near Ban Tai Beach. It is located in the north of the island and is considered to be one of the most picturesque and quiet beaches of Koh Samui. Fine sand, calm water and the absence of pronounced ebbs are especially liked by families with children. However, the main advantage of Ban Tai Beach, which favorably distinguishes it from most of Samui’s beaches, is peace and quiet, combined with a well-developed infrastructure (beach restaurants, hotels). Walking access to a good beach is a very important advantage of Ban Tai Estate compared to other villa complexes, which are either close to beaches that are not suitable for swimming, or in areas from where you need to go to a normal beach by car.
